Hi all, I read somewhere that some people's reload arm have bent.
Can someone please help me in explaining how to fix this? I don't want to break something.

    Thanks

Theres an access panel on the left hand side of the action, take the screws out and carefully remove the plate.
Be careful as there are spring loaded components in here.
Take the arm out, straighten and reassemble.
The mechanism is simple to understand so you shouldn't come across any problems.
Put a good amount of grease in here, this resists against any lateral movement the arm comes under.

    Pellet test update:

I’ve tried all sorts now and cannot conclude anything much more than this barrel just isn’t the slightest bit pellet fussy. Pick of the bunch seems to be DS Sovereigns which consistently put in tightest groups but had a couple of these snag on cycling, I think because they are not so well gripped in the mag and can sit proud if not loaded with care.

It seems to spit out anything pretty well, some very well indeed but nothing yet really jaw dropping stunning. Then again it could be me the limiting factor and I wasn’t set up for max precision. Nor am I obessessed with a scientific methodology for printing groups.

I remain a big fan of this cracking little rifle.

I've tried lots of pellets and all ok at close range but open up at longer range.I was shooting 43yrd rat target with 15mm knock down centre with jsb and I just kept hitting it constantly, tried a different tin of jsb and they were nowhere near as good with different poi and some flyers so jsb are by far the best but they need to be off certain dies for really good longer range accuracy

I don't think Chris posts on here any more mate.
IIRC he bought some carbon tube off the bay and fabricated it himself ;)

Another update. Having decided on DS Sovereigns as the best pellet, I put some in my hunting pouch and set off to visit the squirrels. Over the session I had a jam or two resulting in mashed pellets. It appears the mag doesn’t grip as well and they can drop back, or perhaps just need careful seating.

Anyway, the next session i set up, went to load the kozzie but it wouldn’t cock. Session over before it started. A fiddle in the car couldn’t resolve the issue. I suspected either adjustment creep or broken sear spring.

Instead it was a mashed pellet that by some freak found its way into the hammer chamber and prevented full cockin stroke. All back to normal.

just a thought,! I was chatting with a guy yesterday about the kozak hes sold quiet a few, how many of you guys have chronoed your new kozaks ?,various sources talk of unreliable regs and various ftds showed when chronoing a string and then talk of purchasing a huma reg, the other one is the mag cocking arm that has bent /broken in some, don't get me wrong im still trying too find a kozak too purchase, I love the look of it and it would meet a need that I have at the moment, but at the moment it seems like there is a shortage of them and a possible 2 week wait . maybe it would be worth asking on here how many have had problems so we have an idea whats in store for us?

Any issues I’ve had such as they are (all minor) are published on the thread.

I need to check FPS again as I did have a MV spike on first shot at the last check.

Advice from RFD is don’t go to low on air (below 100bar) and after filling dry fire a few times to settle the reg. Not tried this yet. Need to keep an eye on this.

    These are worth the wait...

My FPS has remained pretty consistent, accuracy very good And zero problems with cocking arm or mags, in fact would go as far as to say they are among the standout features. This is only after approx 300 pellets mind you.

There was a batch of dodgy regs.if you had a gun from that batch like I did then the regs were creeping.
