1. The Forum Rules have undergone some minor changes and updates.  Please take the time to read them; it will only take a couple of minutes of your time. By doing so, you lessen the chance of incurring the wrath of the moderation team or making yourself look foolish to other members.

90% of users posting adverts in the Sales forums need to be reminded to read the rules as their posts are wrong.  This is unnecessarily time-consuming and will no longer happen - if your advert doesn't follow the Sales Rules it will be deleted and you'll have to start all over again.

  3. Dear members,

Our membership (like our country) consists of people from all walks of life; different in far more ways than can be listed here and each with a different view based on their experience of life - regardless of their colour, religion or cultural heritage. Every single person in the UK has been born of mixed race – we are a multi-coloured and multi-cultural country.

As many of you are aware there are a handful of individuals amongst this membership that persist in making provocative, inflammatory, racist and otherwise offensive comments. This has been happening across the forum to a certain degree but is most especially prevalent in the Adult section.

The moderation team has tried to stay on top of this, however unfortunately because of the ‘offensive’ nature of much of its content we don’t monitor the Adult section quite as much as perhaps we should. As a result much of this behaviour has gone unnoticed unless it has been reported to us. While the team always intended to take a "light touch" approach to the Adult section it would seem that some people aren’t quite adult enough to be left unmonitored after all.

This behaviour is, and always has been against Forum Rules as well as the specific stipulations of the Adults forum and it will no longer be tolerated. We feel it's time to draw a line in the sand and as such from this point onward offenders will receive an immediate and permanent ban from the forum.

In order for us to achieve our goal of restoring the forum to the friendly and tolerant place it once was, we ask that ALL members be mindful of the content they post and help us to stop unacceptable behaviour by using the 'Report' tool at the bottom of any offending post - the results of which can be seen only by Admin/Moderators.

You should all receive a copy of this message by PM.

  5. Postings on Politics, Religion & Controversial Off-Topic Material

The majority of users do not want to read about these subjects and people have left the forum as a result of it – this is after all an 'Airgun' Forum. It’s all very well to say they don’t have to read it if they don't want to, but as most of us use the ‘New Posts’ button there is no easy way to avoid it.

All AGF staff members are in favour of people being able to discuss what they want, but we have to draw the line somewhere if it is upsetting other users. We don’t want to read about these topics either.

IMPORTANT- The discussion of politics and religion is no longer allowed anywhere on the forum (including the Adult section).  The only exception is if it's airgun related - they must be put in the Airgun Related Politics section..

We will not tolerate bullying or personal attacks, racism or any other offensive 'isms'. we will remove these topics from the forum, we will not give you an area where you can abuse each other. We will not hesitate to ban offenders.

Glad to hear you have her sorted out. My meter also shows lower than tank generally by about 20bar. So will try to fill her slower although not easy on my tanks as it seems to flow quite quickly.
Also going to fill right up to 300bar from the compressor & run down low as mentioned.

We shall start having meetings of the Kozak owners club & dance round in rabbit skin leggings. It will have to be the Collectors Of Cool Kozaks Society. Sounds a bit long though!!!

    The Killer Kozak Klan.
Dress of the day will be Yak skin jacket, trousers, boots and hat with ear flaps.
    Sporting a fearsome beard.
Membership is quite simple, requires that you put ten shots through a five pence piece at 30 yds or you will be dragged round the communal wash house behind an angry Yak for the rest of your life.

Just spoken to Regael, even Zbroia are not sure when they will be available yet, but we're estimating it to be May/June.

@the-countryway - have you received any reports from your customers in relation to leaking cylinders? Any other issues? A number of us have experienced leaking cylinders, poor quality stocks etc

I had a go with Tom’s yesterday and I must say it’s far better than my expectations. I’m not usually a bullpup man but I’m seriously tempted to get one. The trigger is impressive, it’s quiet and smooth to cock. The whole rifle has a quality much, much higher than the price would suggest.
Thanks for the hospitality Tom :thumb:

Out of all the Zbroias we have sold so far, we have only had one with a problem. This was a leaky cylinder, which went back at the end of last week, been repaired, leak tested over the weekend and is on it's way back to me today. Very impressed with their service. We have not experienced any other problems and rate this Zbroias highly.

I and a few others have been unlucky. Both my problems have been o-ring related one was the inlet valve the other in the reg.

Regael are carrying out the repair. The gentleman there is a Zbroia approved gunsmith to repair the rifles.

Went to the club last night armed with an assortment of pellets to do a mini test with the Kozac over 25 yards.
    Weihrauch Magnums 10.65g
    JSB Exacts 8.44g
    Accupell FT 8.64g
    AA Diabolo Field 8.40g
    H&N Baracuda 9.57g

Fired 2 magazines each (2 x 12) and found that there was practically no difference between any of the groupings which were all well less that a 20 pence piece (never had a five)
so this rifle, well mine anyway, is not the slightest bit bothered about what you put through it on the pellets I used, all good quality. I appreciate that this was only a small test
and I will be doing one over 45 yards when I get back from the rig (leave today for 2 weeks) but so far this little rifle continues to impress, my mate couldn't believe that
it cost £500 and has been looking to get a PCP for a while now so there might be another to join the club as well as Seamaster who had a play at my house a few days ago
and any praise from Chris is praise indeed, the only issue I have now is that the Regal and HW100 might be spending a lot more time in the gun safe, happy days. (ps I topped up
the rifle at 150 bar, was filled to 250.)

    Thanks for the report
I am doing another mini test at Buxted club tonight myself
I shall also post my findings
    Probably Going to try:-
    H&N FTT
    RWS Superfield (4.52)
    H&N Barracuda FT
    JSB Heavies
    AA Field Diabolo
    Crosman premier ultra (10.5 grain)
Will also have a rummage to see what else I can find and if there is time test them too.

Don't think I will try anything less than 8 grain as last couple I did try scattered like. Shotgun

    Kev

I'll be interested to see how the JSB Heavies and RWS Superfields do, I bought a tin of the RWS to test in the Kozak (OK I bought them cos they were cheap)
