HW77 .22 Any good for rabbits at long range?

    I would like some more opinions on this. I reckon it would be ok, but if there is another rifle for the job, (without spending too much) I would like to know.

    I have one, cant fault it, not used it for hunting yet been using at petes airgun range farm steadied shots 50yds very good standing shots 30 yds
    this gun is smooth firing.

    Long range?
    I am not sure here, is it only long range you can shoot at or can you go shorter if needed. The less distance between you and quarry the better.
    The gun is good but more info required:)
