90% of users posting adverts in the Sales forums need to be reminded to read the rules as their posts are wrong.  This is unnecessarily time-consuming and will no longer happen - if your advert doesn't follow the Sales Rules it will be deleted and you'll have to start all over again.

Hello everyone. I may have already posted this in the wrong section!

I used to own an air rifle. It was a Weihrauch HW77k. I am now, after many years, becoming interested in owning one again. This time I will probably go for the HW77. As it's been a long time away from it, I have lost touch on the new models etc. I know it was an excellent rifle so I have no fears about getting another one.

The thing I can't decide is whether to go for .22 or .177. my old one was .177, but I'm not sure which would be better for rabbits or for long range.

Are there any similar rifles which are good for long range with a bit of 'poke'?

I really prefer the under lever or side lever as I think after using a barrel lever for a while, it may become a bit wobbly and affect the sights, but that is only in my mind, perhaps.

    Thanks in advance.

    Julian.
