Hi guy's, Can anyone tell me if my rifle is "busted up bad" ??
It's a HW90, a bloke looking to buy it looked down the barrel and said the rifling is ripping out, it'll cost about £100 quid to fix but he'll take the rifle of my hands for £50.
Looking down the barrell myself i can see what looks like fluff/thread in there, and when a fire a pellet it only clears /moves partway down the barrell. Is it fixable or has it died a death??? Should i sell it for £50 0r is he pulling a fast one??
    Any help is greatly appreciated!!

    Cheers,
    Sean

I think he's trying it on, ive never heard of the rifling ripping out.
Give the barrel a good clean out, then look down it again.
