1. The Forum Rules have undergone some minor changes and updates.  Please take the time to read them; it will only take a couple of minutes of your time. By doing so, you lessen the chance of incurring the wrath of the moderation team or making yourself look foolish to other members.

90% of users posting adverts in the Sales forums need to be reminded to read the rules as their posts are wrong.  This is unnecessarily time-consuming and will no longer happen - if your advert doesn't follow the Sales Rules it will be deleted and you'll have to start all over again.

  3. Dear members,

Our membership (like our country) consists of people from all walks of life; different in far more ways than can be listed here and each with a different view based on their experience of life - regardless of their colour, religion or cultural heritage. Every single person in the UK has been born of mixed race – we are a multi-coloured and multi-cultural country.

As many of you are aware there are a handful of individuals amongst this membership that persist in making provocative, inflammatory, racist and otherwise offensive comments. This has been happening across the forum to a certain degree but is most especially prevalent in the Adult section.

The moderation team has tried to stay on top of this, however unfortunately because of the ‘offensive’ nature of much of its content we don’t monitor the Adult section quite as much as perhaps we should. As a result much of this behaviour has gone unnoticed unless it has been reported to us. While the team always intended to take a "light touch" approach to the Adult section it would seem that some people aren’t quite adult enough to be left unmonitored after all.

This behaviour is, and always has been against Forum Rules as well as the specific stipulations of the Adults forum and it will no longer be tolerated. We feel it's time to draw a line in the sand and as such from this point onward offenders will receive an immediate and permanent ban from the forum.

In order for us to achieve our goal of restoring the forum to the friendly and tolerant place it once was, we ask that ALL members be mindful of the content they post and help us to stop unacceptable behaviour by using the 'Report' tool at the bottom of any offending post - the results of which can be seen only by Admin/Moderators.

You should all receive a copy of this message by PM.

  5. Postings on Politics, Religion & Controversial Off-Topic Material

The majority of users do not want to read about these subjects and people have left the forum as a result of it – this is after all an 'Airgun' Forum. It’s all very well to say they don’t have to read it if they don't want to, but as most of us use the ‘New Posts’ button there is no easy way to avoid it.

All AGF staff members are in favour of people being able to discuss what they want, but we have to draw the line somewhere if it is upsetting other users. We don’t want to read about these topics either.

IMPORTANT- The discussion of politics and religion is no longer allowed anywhere on the forum (including the Adult section).  The only exception is if it's airgun related - they must be put in the Airgun Related Politics section..

We will not tolerate bullying or personal attacks, racism or any other offensive 'isms'. we will remove these topics from the forum, we will not give you an area where you can abuse each other. We will not hesitate to ban offenders.

Have to say i was blown away with the interior. It's got so many toys it's going to take me weeks to work out how they all work.

I've never owned one but raced against one a few times.these are solid engines and can be stupidly fast ,lots of bolt on goodies too.best guy to fettle these is Keith Murray Swindon way ,dialynx .what Keith doesn't know isn't known.
my brother races a s4 on occasions hill climbing when his other race car is in need of rebuild he too does all his own prepping and mapping so on .
    very fast indeed.
have a google Fred currell audi s4 you may find footage on track or incar .he has a YouTube but I can't remember it .
Usualy I think it was sensors electrical components that play up and need replacing ,which are common but not oftern .
Top car that wish it were mine done my fast days with gixxer blades and esprit .the fact my body was broken up a bit is testament to living on the edge .
Make sure you use the best oil as I'm sure engine out for turboes change .
beautiful car great rally heritage in that Quattro system..
great DVD to get is the Quattro experience plenty old school rally Quattro footage and the beautiful Michelle mouton no 1 lady rally driver .

Speek to Keith ,really down to earth ,fantastic driver and clever guy. Some are better than others but will kill turboes if over boosted ,can't remember what our kid runs of my head but it allows you to play big time.
his s4 is older than yours but had lots of rs4 upgrade and race spec upgrade a lot last year .
strange but I found out a VHS we took of him test driving his 450 bhp ur Quattro first time only last week and tittered to myself watching it.
Love the audi sports .great drive .enjoy it but stay safe

I really fancied the RS4 but just couldn't get my head around the running costs. This is a 3ltr V6 with a supercharger and is supposed to be very tuneable but delivers half decent mpg. I'm like a kid at Xmas, can't wait to get the keys.

Sorry I only have a A1 1.6 DCI (which I think is a great car) but to be fair would love a A4 S-Line, just one issue I would be bankrupt within a few months with the running cost with the amount of travelling I do to and from work... So good luck with it, I'm not jeloues honest

Lol ,same here now sold my last speed machine to pay off the mortgage ,I tend now to be content with reasonable economy .gave my mrs my a6 tdi sport 130 ,and bought a passatt wagon sport 130 which I love as the dogs don't climb over the seats to me now and being 10 stone a piece nearly no fun.
not a lover of the pdi diesel system and prefer the common rail system as it can give bigger economy with a tad less bhp ,I get 52 mpg ish pdi but on my bros old common rail a6 with 270000 miles on it it still gives on a run between 65 - 72 awesome. So my old man uses it now .however it's older spec a6 .
but we're not jelouse at all,I don't crave for speed sometimes I tootle like an old un everywhere
.i really need to sell my gsxr 750 y sitting in the garage with 7k on the clock ,my other bikes have gone last one sitting alone .just can't do it but can't ride it .
if I win the lotto I will have an rs 6 with recarro for the dogs to get strapped into beep beep .
    Dream on hey .
    lucky b****r .

Don't get a smaller bottom supercharger pulley without a full remap on the fuelling. It the cheapest way to time travel.

That is an awesome car fella, in fact an S4 will be my next purchase but not for another 6 months. These really do tick all the boxes, fast as standard, easily tuneable to over 400 bhp, Quattro for our crap weather, decent mpg, lowish tax if you get the s-tronic and they are fairly stealthy as fast cars go.

Good luck and let us know how you get on with it.

Be interesting to know how you get on, I nearly bought an RS4 to replace the Scooby but the running costs are silly (£600+ for a pair of discs, tax, tyres, servicing etc etc). Audi MPG figures are a load of ******** too (I know only too well), the S4 will only average around 23 even though they claim over 30 ...
