90% of users posting adverts in the Sales forums need to be reminded to read the rules as their posts are wrong.  This is unnecessarily time-consuming and will no longer happen - if your advert doesn't follow the Sales Rules it will be deleted and you'll have to start all over again.

Bought an S400f clasic 1.77 a month ago, great gun, love it. When bought it was charged in the shop but now im down to 100bar, i also bought an air cyclinder and had it charged to 240bar. Now i would like to recharge, so connect the adaptor to the gun, close vent bleed and slowely open the main valve, cylinder gauge climes to 230 bar but no inrush of air to the gun? release the line air via the bleed valve, try again, same thing? the gauge still reads 100 on the gun?

is there something in the gun that can stop the air transfer?

Sounds like the inlet valve on the gun is sticking. Try emptying the gun completely (dry fire until it vents) cock it and try charging it again. If you have a newer bottle with a restrictor you might struggle to give it the blast of air it needs, but the inlet valve is still more likely to open with no reservoir pressure encouraging it to stay seated ;)
