Air leek hw100k

    Hi has anyone had the same problem.
    When i come to fill my hw100 the plug is hard to get out it seems to have a buildup of pressure (doesn`t do it all the time)Any help please:rolleyes:

    have you tried removing the pressure from the hose first???????

    sounds like the fill nipple on the cyl isn't seating properly everytime you fill the tank and so allowing the air to come back out and keep the fill hose pressurised

    ye mate its the plastic plug thats hard to remove (the dustcap)I rang hull cartridge just air vacuum :rolleyes: thay said very helpfull chap at hull it is Posible as it dosen`t happen all the time anyway i will keep my eye on it thanks custom.steve

    last sunday at cpfts one of the lads had bought a second hand hw100k and his dust cap/probe is also hard to remove ..... they have been machined to fit a little to snugly imo
    maybe time and wear may solve the problem....
