    My order of preference would be;

    Air Arms Alpha
    Tau brno
    Rohm Twinmaster

    Not used any other than Air Arms. Parts for the Rohm may be difficult to come by.
    HW44 and AA Alpha about same money, the Rohm and Tau toward the bottom end of your budget.

    Dunno if that helps?? Hopefully someone far more knowledgeable than me will be along soon.

    Avoid the Alpha Proj, and the Twinmaster is not really a 10m target pistol.
    There are plenty of other options to get into 10m PCP pistol shooting within your budget.
    Morini is a good option, or a slightly older Steyr LP 10, and slightly less common, a Feinwerkbau P44 or a Walther LP 300/400.
    Steyr and Morini will give you the best support for spares and service.

    I’m watching this thread as I love the 44, but it’s an expensive toy and not really a match pistol so I’m 50/50... I’m sure it’s deadly accurate however and powerful too

    The Alfa is similar money but no silencer option for back garden shooting...

    And low power so limited to 10m (but then again it is a match not a plinker)

    Watching....
