Got rid of my Daystate Renegade for this. Probably the best trade in I ever made.

Picked it up today, pumped it up n let off about 60 shots to get the feel of it. I like it, my first pop.
Pellet on pellet accurate during the sweet spot (at about 20m), a bit erratic when full then major drops when it's getting low. Now when the springer is in pieces being cleaned or fettled and a squirrel shows up in the garden I won't be caught with my pants down!

Not bad that, very nearly got one last October.

Picked the R10 in the end, not that its any better of worse IMO, just preferred the stock on the R10.

Got myself a bargain from Poland, Kandar(SMK) CP1 pistol in . 22, so far so good.
At £63 posted it didn't hurt the wallet too much! d780b7320a559d7d6c0a7f68f67f253e.jpg

As the gun was purchased at the end of 2017, it was not finished until early 2018!
My original Webley Vulcan Mk2 Deluxe I bought brand new in 1981, bought back from the same guy I sold it to in 1983!

The rifle has had a service, new spring and drop in kit courtesy of Nick at Tinbum tuning.
I done the stock myself using Philips English Walnut oil.

I managed to buy my Walther back this week :)

(I know I should be spending my money on a different kind of rifle Mark )

The reason I bought it back is because this particular air rifle is a bit of a Holy Grail for me.

When I 1st owned it and pellet tested it I tried my go to pellet which are AA Fields and it shot them beautifully so zeroed and did my range card to suit.
Out of curiosity I tried 4 or 5 of the other major quality pellet brands, some lighter and some heavier and at 50 yards indoors the grouping on all of them was also fantastic!
Never previously owned a rifle that would group at distance with everything I tried.

The Walther wont be to everyone`s taste but its great to have it back
