Was just my poinion from my own shooting, perhaps its because I fount the gun too small for me? Made it hard to hold and maybe thats what caused my long distance shooting to be out.
I'm not trying to bash the gun or knock its owners.
Just offered him what I had is all and offered my opinion thatI dont think they are good for long distance.
My loguns can shoot the balls of flies but my old BSA ultra struggled over 35yrds
If you are getting good grouping at 60yrds then I take my hat off to you.

Yes its possible to get a good multi shot pcp for £300, single shots are also cheaper, keep an eye on the sales section, its definitely a buyers market at the moment, a good pump will cost you in the region of £60-70 used, and is fine for a rifle without a big reservoir!
Don't forget the BSA s10 as they come into the price range you've mentioned.
