    Introducing: Tiny Engineering

    Hi All.

I have been a keen airgunner since the early 80's and also an Engineer, i have decided to mix the two together and come up with Tiny Engineering, based in Lancashire & specialising in small parts for airguns and other small components working from my workshop at home. My experience includes manufacturing components in the aerospace industry to very high standards and more recently for Mercedes Benz and Cosworth Formula One Teams.

I am not a fully fledged business yet, so i hope to be able to carry out your repairs/custom parts/Tunes, at hence, Tiny prices.

    Tiny Tune

I only intend to offer the "Tiny Tune" on spring guns to start with , dont be fooled by the name, this can be a full power tune or something more suited to FT/HFT, Which is based on the John Bowkett style of tune, with a fast lock time and "sweet" to shoot. This will include Custom piston,Piston Weight, Mainspring matching Top Hat and Spring Guide, Transfer port, Piston seal and my own special coating to the compression chamber.

    PM For Details.

    Regards
    Tiny Engineering

    Interesting.

Thats odd, does the person who does the engineering have to be an RFD as i thought as long as the person who owned the gun had an FAC and that gun was listed on it, then it was legal ?

No, if you are in posetion of a rifle rated to FAC, be it powder burner or air, then you need FAC for that caliber, with a few specific exeptions but I'm not going there for the purposes of this thread.

Hi Benny, Tiny Eng has not been back on the forum since 31/5/11 ? I would have liked some bits from him but like most things, it helps if he stayed a active member of the agf, to give some advice and feed back.

Pulling the trigger, is the point of no return, but it all depends on what your aiming at.
