    MM simple fried woodie.

Got a lovely woodie today. Only the one
    Nice biggun' though!

So first time I've ever crowned a pigeon so it was a tad messy but I got it done!

    So take your breast.

Give it a good wash off. and make a few slices into the meat. Then take some garlic and push it into the slices.

In a pan put a sizeable chunk of butter down and let it melt, cut up half an onion (per breast) and stick it in there and fry till golden brown.

Now add your breast. Cook through nicely, leave slightly pink in the middle.

(optional) I found putting a bit of honey on the breast while cooking just gives it a tiny glaze which is YUMMY! So this is where you would do that.

Serving. Well im never one for presentation and I was hungry so it was a quick kill crown fry day for me today so I ate it off a bit of kitchen roll. However im sure it would go lovely in a tomato and basil sauce served with some beef dripping fried chips

And then shared some with my beloved bosc monitor ojo for he was giving me puppy dog eyes and licking the glass everywhere!

Untill next time!! Or i find a squirell!
