    Rabbit in red wine

Did this Tuesday. Its ideal to put on in the morning and have ready when you come home. It can be a whole or jointed rabbit.

    Ingredients
One whole gutted skinned rabbit which had soaked overnight in salted water
    Two garlic gloves roughly chopped
    One red onion sliced
    Few fresh bay leaves
    Bisto powder
    Cup of red wine
    Seasoning

Put it all in a slow cooker (except the Bisto) for eight hours.
Then use the wine to make a gravy over a hot stove. Stirring until preferred thickness is obtained. Serve with new potatoes and vegetables.
