    Use puff pastry ready made. Just roll it out to cover the pie dish, and voila!

    LOL Cheeta! Actually, guess where I'm off to now? Sainsburys to get some pastry and soup

    Bit bland though, any ideas to liven it up a bit? What herbs go with rabbit? Hows about a bit of sweet potato chunks and sweetcorn? Yum

    Spot on but if you want a different crust try making a dumpling mix replacing half suet with grated mature cheddar and add one egg salt and pepper roll out to about 10mm!
