Rabbit: Fry up with butter, flour mixed with herbs and garlic. Finish off on the BBQ if you are feeling exotic! (flour should end up making a really tasty batter coating!)
Pidgeon: Fry again with butter, onions and garlic. Cook until slightly pink in the middle.
*can all be done over camp fire too*
