I put the breasts in a lock and lock box to take home. Wash them at home then freeze or put them in the fridge. I always cook them on the bone. Cheers andy

I pluck the breast and cut the breasts off in the field and put them in a zippy bag. fry them 1 min a side and eat like fillet steak - yumsk!
