Well I haven't been able to shoot for a few weeks due to work I have missed abit of rabbit so I dug one out the freezer and decided to throw everything I had in the fridge
So if anyone wants this recipe here goes:-
Jointed rabbit, browned off in olive oil and removed from pan.
Slice/diced bacon
Chopped onions
Garlic
Chopped tomatoes and mushrooms
Carrots and parsnips
Put the rabbit back in and add some chicken stock and simmer for about an hour and a bit (until meat falls off the bone)
Butter some bread and serve
Enjoy
