    the best tasting bread iv ever had,iv made plenty since,i still get the odd one from a shop when iv not had time to bake one

    this is the recipe i use it makes one large loaf
    450g of strong white bread flour
    1 tsp salt
    7g fast acting yeast
    1tbsp veg oil or melted butter
    300ml/10fl oz of warm water
