I do I stew similar to Egg, but I brown and bung in some belly pork slices cut into inch cubes, skin and all. the skin melts and thickens the sauce - yummy.

take one pellet, carefully place it in the head of a rabbit. gut, take off legs, head and tale, skin it all in one so theres no skin left at all. soak the meat for 24 hours in salt water (this gets rid of the bitterness you sometimes get with rabbits). then you can boil it for about 2 and a half hours, or why not make add a stock cube and some veg and use the slow cooker? should be a pretty good stew. thats my plan anyway.
