    Roast bacon wrapped rabbit

    A bit of a spin off from drunken rabbit recipe I posted yesterday.

    As I marinated a rabbit yesterday with olive oil, sea salt, pepper, lemon, thyme, garlic, soy sauce and a tiggle of White wine

    I decided to pan fry to brown off then stuck the whole lot on a baking tray to a preheated oven added a few carrots, wrapped the rabbit with bacon and left it for just over an hour.

    Job done

    Me and the kids loved it
