I know I know another rabbit stew. This one was realy good tho. There is without shadow of a brussel sprout a difference between young and old rabbit. Young rabbit falls off the bone and older ones are a ******* to skin. Especialy when the only knife I had at the time was as sharp as a spoon!
My nans recipe this- put your rabbity bits in a bag of flour and pepper then fry it in olive oil to seal it then add some chopped up onion. Mean while youv chopped your carrots cabbage and anything else you want to lob in to the pot with a load of boiling water and two stock cubes. I used chickin stock. Then while all that's goin on I fryed a pack of bacon and cut it up and then chucked it all in together. Then all I did was left it in the oven on 100 degrees for about 3 hours. Next I'm gunna try a curry!
