    ive just started to develop the roast rabbit by smoking it first. using a smaller ,younger bunnie its then smoked with oak for most of the day before slowly roasting . streaky bacon on it and put over a pan of water ,bain marie, then give it about 2 hrs low heat absoulutly stunning .

    forgot to mention it needs putting in salt -sugar 50 -50 brine solution over night, will try to get a pic luke latter.
