Has anyone made rabbit burgers?
I bought a mincer today, and have got some made up to go on the BBQ tomorrow. I was just wondering how other people have got on with them.
Hoping the family are going to like them as well.

Cheers Vee.
Well just tried them. Very tasty - makes a lovely burger.
It's great meat, no fat, utterly free range, humanely dispatched, tender and tasty.
There are sadly plans afoot to create 6 enormous battery rabbit farms in the UK, apparently several already exist. I hate intensive animal farming.
