    Chilli coke rabbit

Got 4 bunnies this morning and thought I would try something different as I usualy do a curry( rabbit tikka/korma/madrass)
Now in the past I have used coca cola with goose, duck and pheasant so I thought I thought i may as well try it with bugsy, why not.
Prepped the bunnies and let them soak in salty water for 6 hrs, then popped then into the steamer for 2 hrs.
Once removed from steamer jointed bugsy- legs, arms, saddle input in a dish pre filled with Asda's own chilli mixed with a pint of coca cola.
Tomorrow is BBQ day so will slap em on and see how it goes!

Ahh another user of coke in cooking, one of my 'signature dishes' is to mix a can with a couple of measures of JD, reduce in non stick pan to about a quarter of original volume, add cream like your making fudge sauce (forget temp off top of me head) and you have a wonderful sauce for a new york strip steak. This has given me an idea to try it as a glaze on the BBQ meat.
