Satay Squirrel Stir fry(my 1st squirrel dish)

Been trying to get a squirrel for a while and this morning was my lucky day,
It was definately tougher to skin than a rabbit but I took my time and cleaned and quartered,

I slowy pan fried it with some:
    > Mini corns
    > Yellow pepper
    > Tender Stem Broccoli
    > some cut watercress
    > Cashew nuts

once ready I plated everything except the squirrel and then added the Satay sauce and simmered for a min or two then plonked it on top, Job Done

I must say it tasted really nice and I have to be honest I think I prefer it over rabbit

If you eat squirrels before the 15th of May you end up snuffing it it takes about a week before you pass away though.
