Well, I am still experimenting !
Pan fried until golden
chopped onion, 2 large mushrooms, 3 tomatoes
added a few mixed olives
salt n pepper
abit of thyme
handfull of barley
chicken stock
white wine
simmered for an hour and 15
job done !
(I must add that after reading about how tender bunnies are compared to older rabbits Its definatley true !)

The rabbit is definatley getting better the more i cook and a curry is next
