For anyone that goes predator fishing,The salt water brine also works well for pike. couple of splashes of white wine vinegar help aswell. I would dry the squidge out well then BBQ him it really does compliment the flavour.

SS,, i have allways found fish taste like from where there caught.. i will try that,,but the best way to cook fish is on a spit on an open fire.. i did it once,, never forgotton..
