    Simple sausage and rabbit liver/kidney tea tnite

    Had never tried rabbits liver until earlier and it is rather nice!

    Fried 2 cumberland sausages in butter and red onion
    Added 2 rabbits livers and 3 kidneys from my hunt last night
    Season with salt and pepper
    Add some gravy and let it simmer until liver and kidneys cooked through
    Plonk in a dish with some sweet potato

    Lovely simple grub on a chilly evening!!
