does anyone eat hare?

I got two last night and one rabbit. They're everywhere over my permission in north Essex. I'd say noticeably more hares than rabbits in fact.

Yes i have had it, liked it, even made a hare tika masala lol, best way i can describe it, hare is a dark meat and to me taste like strong beef, and rabbit is a white meat and taste like strong chicken. But you cant compare them apart from they look like cousins, simples
