One of the grottiest rifles I've ever come across, this BSA Supersort was a little project I had planned to get around to.
The stock is surprisingly good, once the many layers of paint had been stripped away, with no dings or dents at all. The metal work too had been subjected to the same treatment, and has now been stripped back to bare metal. The rifle cocks smoothly and quietly giving me the impression it hadnt had an awful lot of use, but I cant vouch for it any further than that as regards its performance or history. The open sights are missing, but the trigger guard (missing in the photo) will be replaced.
This rifle will take a fair ammount of work to make perfect, or could be used as a throw about plinker / rat killer.
