    Very useful Mick, there seems to be too many people around lately that feel it is okay to shoot birds in their gardens because they feel like it which gives the sport and the people taking part a bad name.

    This will help to inform them of whether they are acting within the law as most don't realise there are strict guidelines in place that we all need to be aware of and adhere to.

    Pelllet on pellet at unlimited range regardless of conditions (yeah right)

    Too many seem to think that because they have a few veggies planted they are right to shoot under the "crop protection" banner. Yet a normal sized garden veggie plot could probably be protected by scaring or netting. These , and any other reasonable deterrent, must be exhausted before shooting becomes legal.

    cheers guys! like i said i think EVERYONE should have a copy to hand both in the field and at home. i know thats not very reasonable to think, so i made this so anyone can refer back to it.
