Butchered this fellow earlier and I've never seen so much fat on/in a bunny before. Usually there's a bit around the kidneys but this was unreal.
Hard to see coz of the flash but everything white in there is fat.
Anyone seen this before on a bunny?

Yes, I had one a couple of months back. Tasted okay, so I wasn't too bothered.
They can put lots more fat on thie colder times of year as the minerals in the crops are lacking.
