What is the general inerpretation of this:

    4) Persons who by way of trade deal in airguns, pressure bearing parts or component parts must be a Registered Firearms Dealer and any transaction must be face-to-face. Ammunition for airguns may continue to be sold by post.

It would seem to imply, any transactions with an RFD must be face to face, other than pellets ?

So is it ok to buy for example pistons from gun spares suppliers ?

If it's classed as a pressure bearing part you can still buy it from a parts supplier, but it can not be posted directly to you. It must be posted to your local RFD for collection in person (Face to Face).
