hw97k .177 tac

well wanted a hw97k for a project (internal wise not a restoration project) and i dropped on to this little beauty in .177 its like brand new i have the lot it came with from the factory so im well chuffed it also came with a really nice leather bisley sling that was brand new too but i have fitted my own on given my dad the nice leather sling for the tx200hc he has from me too

anyway i have only fired one pellet so i could have a feel of the twang and hear the noise of action and muzzel its not too bad saying its near new and synthetic stocked witch is very light untill the scope was mounted but the rifle shoulders really well and fits like a glove with it being a thumb hole stock i could carry this all day long

any way my intention is to fit a v-mach kit and the rowan extra set back trigger i have orderd last night and really work on the internals to make this smoother than a normal kit fitted if its possible i may also fit a dedicated hw97k silencer to be differant from the rest as no one buys them at all

thanks chaps i have got rid of many rifles thinking why but this one feels right at home as i am a real big weihrauch fan

the robin - im going to get everything done to it what i want doing then start shooting i can use the tx for now

tadpole - you bought the mamba that was sat on top off this rifle to start with from cris i think top bloke too

dead eye kai - cris who brought the rifle had 2 mine and a wooden stocked one in .22 if i dint buy my car this week i would took both it was very nice stock and the but pad finish's it of nice

well the rowan extra set back trigger blade is in and i can honestly say for my second blade from these it is same quality as last time second to none shame i cant get the feel im wanting only put 5 pellets down her now but when the v-mach kit arrives i will play more then i have been looking at a trigger gaurd that was scrolled but for the life in me i can not find them

i think a new scope could be on order too just for a target use as im joining club in a few week on my week of think this will be a very fine rifle to use or would my hawke varmint 6-24x44 mil dots be ok im not really a target club person
