As I said the other day this guy is obviously useless! Firstly Crosman are NOT chinese! I think they would find that very upsetting seen as they are YANKS!!

As for the ratty they are cheap yes but for the price they are quite good, once mod'd they are very good!

He obviously aint much of a salesman as he is looseing out on a easy sale and he obviously wont have much of a returning customer base with a attitude like that.

Mans a jackass what more needs to be said?

As for the rest, well dont give up mate it will all be groovy in the end
Shot Many 0000's of Rats, Shame very few ever lived long enough to tell the tale of the great rat killer....

Yeah you are missing something rather vital: none of your business, but if you must know, I am struggling with carrying things in front of me which gives me back ache. Swinging some tyres onto a 1.2 meter high flat roof shed doesn't come under that.
I also have really thin wrists, I can wear childrens watches and my 12 year old thin daughter has the same size wrists. It makes a lot of jobs harder to do but not impossible. Cocking a break barrel is fine, but the guy in the shop even had to tap the barrel twice and then sit the gun on his thigh to cock it, admitting "this one is a bit stiff but it will get better with time".
I have an old bsa meteor which admittedly is worn out, but cocking that is a lot easier. Also the other gun I looked at in his shop was easier to cock but had to have the sight removed to have a silencer fitted which I didn't want. All the others were out of budget.

On a finale not: I have enough trouble in my job as a crofter with back ache and sore wrists, why add to it with a gun if I can have one that doesn't effect my health at all?

Arrows is right, put in a refund request but do not mention air rifle as that will scupper you.

Another option is Chargeback. This can be done if the payment by paypal was funded by a credit card.

Spagel, Tell us who has taken your paypal funds and not repaid you. This kind of thing really winds me up. You seem like a good honest bloke who doesn't deserve this hassle. This guy sent you his paypal email address and then has the nerve to tell you that the gun is sold and has not refunded you instantly? It takes seconds. This guy needs sorting for all of us.

If I can help in any way I would. Speak to the mods on here, this is not on.
