if any1 towing a trailer goes into the fast lane or a wagon they are breaking the law fact!
if you drive wagons or tow trailers you would no. try DVLA website.
NO I WON'T!!!!!! What I will find is every lane has exactly the same speed limit!

I made no mention of towing or HGV's (check my previous posts).

    Well he is right.
Lorries etc have to stay in the left lane unless they are overtakeing then they must go into the middle lane.
But they are not allowed in the right hand "fast" lane.

Technically there is no such thing as a "fast" lane but we all know its there and we all know the further you go towards the central reservation the faster you are expected to go REGARDLESS of speed limits!

Technically both the outside lanes are called "overtaking lanes" there is no fast lane, only in your heads

You cant do 70, if one and two lanes are blocked by slower moving lorries, traveling at 55 max, so you move into, the third land (When safe to do so, and indicating) and increase your speed, to a maximum of 70 mph, then when safe to do so, move back to first lane, as second, and third lanes are for over-taking only.

And as others have said a "Fast lane" does not exist!

Perhaps you need to think about a driving licence re-sit before you next venture out onto a motor way.

As someone mentioned earlier, some trucks DO go into lane 3 (euphemistically called the 'fast lane'), and also, travel faster than the normal HGV/LGV limit of 56 mph (90 kph), occasioally at speeds of 70 mph.You will find, that those vehicles are not limited, nor will they have tachographs, due normally to the fact that they are exempted, because the owners/operators of these vehicles are exempted, because of the nature of their business ie. they are not road haulage companies, and the lorries are not part of their main business (scaffolders are a prime example).
