    Hi all ,paid by for an item by paypal which i have not received ,when i notified pay pal they imformed me that because i had paid as gift pay will not get involved .

    as anyone else come across this.

    if this so buyer beware before parting with your money this way

    Feel sorry for you mate, but as said paying by gift absolutely fks you on any comeback with them.

    I'm not a big fan of paypal but it does quite clearly state that you won't be covered when using the gift trap/feature

    how did you pay? if you paid by credit card or from your over draft then you can claim from the bank

    hi, it wasn,t alot of money , and the item might still arrive , ,but i won't hold my breath ,
    ido have is email address and now know whot area he' from

    most of the total amount was paid on switch card so i will check with my bank , thanks
