I suppose credit must be given for honesty on the part of the seller, as opposed to the clown who advertise 'Mint' kit kit that turns out to be shoddy crap, who the hell inspects these guns?........Stevie Wonder?

I think that's a good way to describe it. Personally in the field resting on trees propping up fences whilst u jump over and dragging through bushes it will get marked. They aren't made to be display items

Well anything that is taken out the box will result in wear and tear. Seems like a rather pointless rant, just buy a new gun ????

Unless you take it out of the box polish it and then put it in a display case and never touch it it's going to get marked. Though if you wrap it up in bubble wrap and then the poping sound will warn you that it's touching something..might scare game away as well or give you something to do waiting for prey popping it
They may be our pride and joys but they get used if you are careful they will only get small scratches and dings but slips and trips happen. So it's a strange rant I love my Dolores yep it's a she but even at a year old she's got a few small wrinkles wouldn't change her for the world my worn and torn HW100KT

Sorry but wtf, if its been used for hunting, what do you expect?? a new gun is a new gun and has a new price tag, but all this bull about condition! a used gun may carry some scars but has been well looked after and is fit for the job, if you want a PERFECT gun, get a new one, and if its as new 2-3 years old and not a mark, and has not been used, may be brought by some one on a whim, left in the wardrobe since new, then i would think seals dried out ect. My gun is a battered as a whore who didnt pay her pimp, it shoots as straight as a die, holds its preasure and does its job, and thats what it should do.
    now my rant over
    2 feral pigeons
    2 wood pigeons
    1 crow
    1 Jackdaw
    11 bunnys
    1 hare
1 imature man that never grew up, who now has a gun

A gun that's been used solely for target will be expected to be in much better condition than one that's been hunted with. I think it's a good description to give to other users.
This is my rifle. There are many like it, but this one is mine.......

i can never get excited about the conditon of a gun, my Daystate PH6 is a rusty, tatty, nasty conditioned tool but still has the accuracy it should have which is all that matters, i would chose that one to go and drag through the briars and bushes in the wood any day and that is what makes it the best gun ive owned because i can take it anywhere with me and not worry about knocking it or scratching it and i still have the accuracy needed
