Not that bothered how mant dislikes i get but what gets right up my waste-pipe is when someone moans about a repetative post JUST DONT READ IT OR BOTHER WITH IT, ARE YOU SO SAD THAT YOU HAVE TO MOAN "HO NO NOT THIS AGAIN, AND DO WE HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS AGAIN AND ALL THAT RUBISH.
People are on here with all different back gronds and experiances, and in my opion by coming on here and asking questions is a very sensable way to learn.
We all hate the dongs that just buy and shoot as they give us all a bad name.
Yes questions have already been asked, and let them ask again.
Or we could put a webpage with all the answers, then we dont need a forum.

Just give new people and ALL questions the respect they deserve

I do agree with what you are saying. Maybe the moderators should create a new section for "frequently asked questions" rather than making many sticky posts. Maybe take a few of the previous good threads on say choosing a rifle/pellet calibre type stuff. That way people can direct the new comers to this section rather than type out the same arguments/information over and over again.

i dont think any members get annoyed with the QUESTION as such, it's the same old "mine's bigger than yours" non- constructive answers that are often given. I think you've misunderstood what the gripe can be about.
Also, if you care to look there is a BRILLIANT article on this site about the most common regular question, .177 vs .22.
I dont think there are any members on here who don't give their time and advice willingly

As a newcomer I have found the site and members thereof to be most helpful, offering useful advice to what could be viewed as dumb questions.

I do try to use the search facility to see if the question I'm about to pose has been asked before though. A little homework is always worthwhile.

I think a section on FAQ would be a good thing tho.

i agree its not the threads themselves its the half arsed comments they produce when it get stupid wether it be .177 vs .22 or pcp vs springer or chinese vs german vs spanish vs english vs american ect yes some are informative but most end in stupidity and its not good for a newbie
