i bought a hw77 a couple of weeks ago was told it was putting out 11.6fpe
when i chronoed it it was well under power putting out 580fps,6.2fpe
myself and the guy i bought it from contacted the shop he(the seller)got it from and they agreed to fix it under warranty
well i collected it today i was told it had been fitted with a new spring and seal and chronoed at 11-11.2 fpe
when i got it home i put about 200 pellets through it and then ran ran it over my chrony
imagine my displeasure when i got readings of 620-630fps,7.5fpe
how dumb do these poeple think i am,they knew i had a chrony as how else would i have known it was under powered in the first place and taken it to them to get fixed
i would not have minded if they had said bugger off you did not buy the gun from us so we are not obligated to fix it under warranty,but they did not,they said bring it in and we will sort it for you,which they have not
i don't like being lied to and i i have wasted 5 gallons of petrol driving back and forth to this shop,i shan't be going there again
a certain shop in south wales will not get any custom from me again
its a lovely rifle but is underpowered so welsh willy is going to work his magic on it so all will be good

took the brocock to the rfd it came from,
he got the same readings from the brocock and the hw77
780 for the brocock 630 for the 77

i will name and shame
south and west country sports in kenfig hill
they may have a good customer base and a nice shop but they lost a potential customer today
after this 77 debarcle
was gonna order a prosport from them until today
