    Nothing! It just doesn't lock, the blue plastic is meant to stay still but doesn't it turns in turn with the lock, then the key gets jammed.

    Where the metal is, is meant to spin round and lock under the rim of fuel tank. How ever they slide together.

    Works wonders when I took it apart but, the lock is a bit flaky inside. Will ring garage tomorrow (George white ) see how much they have one for.

    You have the be careful doing that, The fuel cap allows it the breath. if not itll create a vacuum and suck the metal into a big dent lol

    i would be more worried about tank slap and the petrol leaking out over tank straight down on engine and header pipe and up she goes ,in fact i would say get the bus mate
