Apparently, but again this has only come from the media, he was reported for domestic disturbance in 2008. The force in question immediately seized his guns pending review of his license status. The police were informed by a member of his family that he had threatened to shoot himself. During te review the man in question said that he did not say any such thing and it was his word against the other member of the family. The police say that in this situation it is commen practice across the nation to give the benefit of the doubt to the applicant.

I have an Opinion on This subject regarding Liscensing and ownership off guns, on several levels , However i would ask that in respect to this tragic loss off Life and as responsable People , we close this thread as a mark off respect .not a time for online bickering or debate , I dont wish to offend any members with this Post or opinion neither will i enter into it any further ,just my humble opinion , .
