royal fail again

for 10 days i have been waiting for a 1st class signed for delivery
still not here
royal fail are the most useless incompetent ***************************
anyone remember a certain top gear
they delivered that letter on time but what about the rest of the year
10 days and counting for a 1st class recorded is taking the mick

i know they should have a better system, but imagine how many parcels are being sent at this time of year

i have had delivered , 6 samples from china today , along with 3 cards ( for my kids) from my sister in law from taplow and all items were posted on 15/12/11 . two of the cards didnt have stamps on but nothing to pay , i also had 3 large letter (a4) price lists sent and there are no franking marks on any items from the uk ,makes you wonder how something from china can arrive at mine in the same delivery as 1st class from taolow ( plus 2 non stamped ( blame it on the southern comfort aunt sherrel) letters)

Just had a delivery today which was send on the 19th, most time i've ever waited so given the track record of your posty up there you never know it could be soon

I'm pretty pleased with the service. I purchased quite a few gifts at the weekend (8 in total) from various places like amazon, play etc. Everyone has been delivered with the last one just today. Excellent service. I think it all depends on where you are and how busy that particular under staffed post office sorting centre is coping.

My postie has just this minute delivered a parcel, it's lagging it down with rain and the poor bugger looked like a drowned rat.

I know that RM do get it wrong from time to time, but considering the shear amount of delivery's they handle, and not just this time of year but on a daily basis, I think they do a fantastic job.

That probably doesn't make you feel any better concerning your late delivery though
