bought a car from this dealer a few months ago for my daughter...all was well untill crankshaft sensor went pop...phoned them and they said no problem have it fixed and send us the bill for repayment...well...several times over the last month theyve said 'cheque is in the post'..so any of you guys down there in the avon area thinking of changing your wheels could do alot better than putting your trust in this jokers after care service,it was only £250 so hardly a kings ransom, and id hate of others to get stung for a more serious problem resulting in warrenty issues from them.

    swamp,

Report them to consumer direct (trading standards) as if it was covered under warranty then they have to pay for it under the sales of goods act.

£250 isn't a kings ransom as you say but surely its better in your pocket than it is in theirs?
