    Ive sent out over 500 items in the past 3 years with parcel2go.com and there excellent, I've even sent out over 10 rifles I know i shouldn't but i have faith in them Que the back lash lol

    The question has to be asked. How well did you pack the scope? Anything less than the original box, with original polystyrene inserts and with extra packing on top will not do. I find it hard to believe that a scope lens can be damaged in the post if packaged correctly..

    Beginning to resent them myself. Had a similar thing happen to me. I suppose, it's a very low percentage of people who encounter problems. It's just not nice. I shall be embarking on a deliberate no-use of Royal Fail over this festive period. Will try to use DHL / City Link etc, as I have yet to suffer any problems and find they are far more organised.
