Most proxy servers are pretty unreliable, I'd just email the admin on the site and ask why you've been excluded.

They have probably banned hotmail or yahoo addresses it will be a global message so it's not your personal email that's banned it the whole domain.
I'd heard they had a spate of hacks there, so its probably right!
