I know what you mean on that one, I sold an aircon unit and was crystal clear on the advert that it had NO, nil, zilch, nada instruction manual with it, it was lost no there not included etc etc etc, guess what the W*@k Stain email me several times threatening negative feedback if i didn't send him the manual, eventually he did after I failed to produce the non existent manual that was not included in the sale and ebay supported his extortinate behavior and stated the negative feedback must stand as there was no reason to remove it, this after they had copies of blatant threats based on an item that was clearly not included in the sale - absolute bunch of ******* idiots
I can't remember ever drawing £100 from the cash point after midnight for anything positive...

I sell alot on ebay and have received some very unreasonable fb and ebay will not help you at all unless you are the buyer (buyer protection crap) the buyers are the ones that scam me by opening claims claiming they never received there items so they get a feebie as for the sellers I all ways go with the top rated and have always been ok!

Amazon is even worst! You don't get paid for a month aswell. Some knobjockeys on Amazon. All selling portals are biased towards the customer even if they are wrong you still suffer. Feedback system is unfair as you regularly are blackmailed I will leave you negative if you don't do this or do that.

I got my own back on a knobjockey he left me negative and was a total arse I lost about £50 but it was how he went about it. Anyway using my sisters account he was selling some second hand DVDs so we purchased about 10. Left him negative on all !! Another guy I got him back I purchased a laptop battery it was scuffed supposed to be new he wouldnt change or reduce the price so left him neg saying "ordered a battery received a used butt plug!! Weirdo Avoid" really funny guess what I got a replacement battery in tge post I would remove feedback in the end it was taken off by eBay it took a few months though!! Lol

I have bought a fair bit on ebay and have been ripped off twice. What you need to be wary of are large bulky items that need a courier as the first thing you have to do is send the item back to the seller.

Here's a weird one with a happy ending.

I bought a second hand tent off ebay a month ago, it was described as in "excellent condition". However, when I put it up to check it was OK, I found that one of the door zips had pulled out of its runner. It was a simple job to repair it, I only had to remove a couple of teeth to re-align everything and then lock stitch.

Still, I was a bit miffed, so I sent a message to the seller asking for an explanation as to why it had been described as excellent condition when it needed a repair. One week later and the seller had not replied, so I opened a case against him.

I was asked by ebay what I would consider as a suitable outcome, and I wrote back that a simple apology would be acceptable.

Today I've had an email from ebay, they have given me a full refund including post and packing!

I can only assume the seller declined to co-operate.
In the beginning was the worb
