help please

hi can anyone help me! i sent some money down to a company in middlesex claiming that they could make me some parts for my air arms s410. i ordered a air stripper and a stainless steel bolt and i also sent my mounts off to be re-machined and polished. the parts cost £108 not including the cost for the mounts and delivery (special delivery royal mail). i got a email saying he recieved my mounts on the 1st july he said this on the 29 june "Hi Mick, I will return them about 2 days after receiving the mounts. I take it you want the stripper polished finish ?" i have not recieved them yet, i feel like i have been done! i have sent him emails but have not recieved answers! could anyone help as i am anxious to find out what is going on with my mounts and other items! thanks, i understand it is not a great deal of money! but i feel robbed non the less if anybody is in the area and feel they could help out i would be most appreciated! i have his address and email!i hope it does not come to this! thanks mick

still not received anything, parts or email, i dont understand i know his address because i sent off the mounts why try and rob me, after the first week he replied to one of my emails as i should have received the my parts he said that one of his machines was broken and would send them out the following monday at the latest, 2 weeks later still no parts, gonna try an email tonight, dont want to post name and shame quite yet as i might still have chance of getting my stuff i have set my self a deadline come saturday night and they are not here i will post his name all over with a red line underneath, in the meantime if anybody is thinking of buying parts pm me i will quite happily give you the name so you dont make the same mistake as me, thanks mick

the company name is pmcb, by now i recon i am defiantly not going to get my parts shame really as they looked really good and in my opinion worth more to me than the money. but like i have found out this guy is impossible once he has your money only before that does he seem to have excellent customer skills this is his website Scope Mount Re-Machining i would strongly recomend that you not buy anything from here as i would not like to here of another honest person taken in by this scam artest. i sent my parts to middlesex to be precise albany road, then when i found him on there he claims he lives in monmouth. phil hassel welcome to the named and shamed best regards a customer.

That's awful buddy I feel for you take a smalls claims out on him , looks from the location you gave he is pmb on here shame on him indeed ripping you off
