Lucky mate, ya did right tho, bike off, lid off, off the bike and smile, always worked for me, i was being a tad naughty last summer and doing some knee down on a local set of roundabouts testing my titanium sparkys, after bout half an hour i stopped to chat with some other like minded hooligans , we noticed a cop car sitting up the top of the road and crapped ourselves as we didnt know how long he was there, he drove down and parked up and said someone had phoned, suggested we should think about heading off so he doesnt have to go over the bikes and do us for the illegal road pursuits, we couldnt deny it as our sliders were fairly worn and still warm and he had seen a few of us from the top of the road, top bloke, turned out he was an ex racer, not all coppers are bike haters and most understand the need to be a bit throttle happy, its there duty to warn ya and advise ya but its not there duty to nick ya every time you do something wrong(coppers words not mine) Prevention rather than Punishment or something
